LUBBOCK, Texas — Following a $100,000 donation to Keep America Beautiful, Albertsons Companies, parent company of United Supermarkets, and The Coca‑Cola Company are supporting local cleanup efforts nationwide as part of the Greatest American Cleanup, leading up to the America250 celebration. The initiative brings together organizations, team members and community members with a shared goal of creating cleaner, more beautiful places to live, work, and shop.As part of this nationwide effort, United Supermarkets team members are ready to roll up their sleeves to make a meaningful impact in their local community. Through hands-on service and community pride, team members and partners are showing how small actions—when made together—can add up to lasting change and a cleaner, more beautiful future for communities across the country.Media are welcome to attend photo opportunities of volunteers cleaning up the park and interview opportunities about the initiative.
